Why Jamie Does This Work
The Work That Matters
Physical therapy drew me because it asks a deeper question than where pain shows up. From the start I was fascinated by the mechanics of movement: how joints, muscles, nerves, posture, and habits interact, and how a careful evaluation uncovers the root cause instead of chasing symptoms.
Sports medicine shaped that practical, whole-body lens. As a Certified Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist, I learned to evaluate movement under real pressure: athletes returning to play, active adults who need durable strength, and patients whose daily lives depend on moving with confidence. Work as Director of Therapy and in outpatient orthopedic settings gave me a broad clinical foundation before I built my own practice.
I chose a solo-practice model because continuity changes care. Every patient deserves the same expert every visit. I know how your body responded last time, adapt the plan in the moment, and keep the work personal, precise, and accountable start to finish. You don't get that when you're rotated between providers.
